Chandler itself

Our yard sits right on 106 S 54th St in far-west Chandler, near the I-10/Ahwatukee corridor, and this is still where most of our work happens. From the landscaped public park at the heart of Chandler's historic downtown — dating to the original 1912 townsite laid out by Dr. Alexander J. Chandler and today branded the city's own “Community of Innovation” — out through the newer subdivisions toward Tempe and Gilbert, and into the growth corridor toward Queen Creek, Sun Lakes and San Tan Valley, we have put containers on just about every kind of lot this part of the Valley has.

If the container has to sit on a public street or sidewalk rather than your own driveway or yard, the City of Chandler governs that placement through its own published Encroachment Permit process — we haven't found a published flat fee for a dumpster-specific placement, so we never publish a dollar figure here; check current requirements through the City's own Utility Permit Manual or call City Hall directly. Private property itself is unregulated. Outside Chandler's own city limits, every other incorporated city or town in our service area handles its own placement permits through its own council or transportation department; a few close-in areas (Ahwatukee, South Mountain Village, Laveen Village) are planning villages inside the City of Phoenix and fall under Phoenix's own permit office instead; and on unincorporated county land — with no township layer to fall back on — MCDOT (or Pinal County Public Works in Pinal County) handles it. Confirm the current fee and process directly with whichever office applies, and allow lead time before you plan a same-day drop. Prohibited items follow Arizona DEQ's statewide solid-waste guidance, and Maricopa County Solid Waste & Recycling is the resource we point customers to for the categories a roll-off cannot take: paints, fuels, chemicals, lead-acid batteries (barred from an ordinary landfill load by A.R.S. § 44-1322) and tires (routed through the state's own Waste Tire Fee program), plus computers and TVs, which are best routed through Maricopa County's own recycling resources even though Arizona has no statewide landfill ban on electronics.
